Here’s your guide to Veg.Edible. This eatery has been doing popups for a while, but they just recently opened the doors to their new Benson location! 🎉 Veg.Edible’s menu (and kitchen) is 100% vegan, gluten free, and nut free — plus they have soy free options too.

I’ve been gluten free for 10+ years due to an allergy. It’s rare to find a restaurant where I can have EVERYTHING on the menu and have zero concerns about cross contamination. That’s a huge deal for anyone with special dietary needs.
